4. Payment Method

5. Registration Benefits

Full Paper Author Registration:
Access to all conference sessions, one oral presentation slot, official paper publication, conference materials, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks.

Abstract / Presenter Only Registration:
Access to all conference sessions, one oral presentation slot, conference materials, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks (no paper publication).

Delegate Registration:
Access to all conference sessions, conference materials, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks (no presentation and no publication).

6. Important Notes

  • One regular author registration covers 5 pages of paper including figures, tables and references. Extra pages will be charged separately.
  • Student discount is only available for student first authors.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration to guarantee publication and presentation.
  • Registration fee does not include accommodation. All participants shall book hotels on their own.
  • One author with multiple registered papers is entitled to one attendance package and one set of proceedings only.
  • Additional papers, extra pages and other optional services are chargeable items.

7. Refund Policy

Registration fees are generally non-refundable if you cannot attend. Substitute presenters are allowed.

Cancellation Refund Rules:
• 60 days before the conference: 60% refund
• 30–60 days before the conference: 40% refund
• Within 30 days before the conference: No refund

All refund applications must be submitted by email. Force majeure cases are not covered by this policy. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust conference time and venue.

8. Official Invoice & Conference Regulations

Official Receipt / Invoice

After successful payment, official receipts will be issued. You may collect the original receipt together with conference materials on site.

If you need an electronic receipt in advance, please contact the conference team via aiepl_conf@yeah.net.

Conference Entry & Safety Rules

All participants must wear the official name badge during the conference. Badges are non-transferable. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the venue.

Participants shall take full responsibility for their personal belongings and safety. The organizing committee is not liable for any loss or damage.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please book your room in advance at the conference hotel or nearby hotels.
